A Broadmeadows barbershop expanding into a new space. Barbershops live and die on social — it is the shopfront, the booking channel and the hiring ad all at once. NTB had the reputation and the chair rate; what it needed was a brand that carried across a hoodie, a shop wall and an Instagram feed without going soft in any of them.
A badge-style identity built to survive scale — the NTB block with a script lockup inside a circular crest, legible on a sleeve embroidery and a full back print alike. Four colours, no more: a bright blue to carry the brand, a deeper blue for depth, near-black for ground, white for contrast. Merch was designed alongside the mark rather than after it, which is why the hoodie reads as uniform rather than giveaway.
The part that does the real work. Announcements, hiring ads, chair rental, payment notices — each a different job, all built from one template system. A barbershop posts constantly and under time pressure, so the system had to let the shop publish fast without the feed drifting. The brand holds whether the post is celebrating an expansion or explaining a card surcharge.

Designed to be booked.
Campaign line — NTB Barbers
A feed that reads as one shop rather than a run of unrelated posts, and merch the team actually wears. The template system means NTB can publish at the pace a barbershop needs without the brand loosening each time.
